The Journey
From a copper pot in Gulmi to a sanctuary in Australia.
It began with a single copper pot and a handful of green coffee beans carried from a small family farm in Gulmi, Nepal. Lobuche Cafe was born from the desire to bridge two worlds — the ancient, unhurried traditions of the Himalayas and the sophisticated coffee culture of Australia.
Our founders brought more than recipes; they brought the spirit of “Mehman-Nawazi” — the Himalayan tradition of treating every guest as a god. Today, that spirit lives in every steam-filled kitchen and every perfectly poured flat white.
